Eight power-ups to turn the tide

Glowing pickups spawn around the maze during every round. Speed and Rapid Fire give you six seconds of raw tempo; a Shield absorbs the hit that should have killed you; Extra Bounce supercharges your ricochets for long bank shots. The one-shot weapons are the real round-enders: a wall-riding piercing Laser, a close-range Shotgun spread, a proximity Mine you can drop in a doorway, and a Homing Missile that steers itself toward the nearest enemy.
